I have been teaching first and second grade in the Waterloo School District for 35 years.
I came to UNI to become a teacher, loved the area and made it my home. I received my BA from the University of Northern
Iowa with a reading endorsement and a MA in education from Viterbo University. My favorite hobby is reading and it is my
goal to introduce all my students to the joy one gets from reading a good book. I have been told I have the perfect name
for the job!
